: Ultra IR800 Infrared Gas Detector is a microprocessor-based combustible gas detector designed to continuously monitor combustible gases in the Lower Explosive Limit (LEL) range in industrial environments. The detector uses infrared (IR) sensing technology, providing stable and reliable gas detection with high accuracy and minimal maintenance requirements.
The device is housed in an explosion-proof enclosure and equipped with a status display consisting of high-brightness indicators that provide real-time gas concentration readings and operating conditions. This design makes the Ultra IR800 suitable for hazardous areas where safety and continuous monitoring are essential.
Ultra IR800 also offers multiple output and communication options including 4–20 mA analog output, Warning/Alarm/Fault relay outputs, and RS485 and HART communication, allowing seamless integration with control systems such as PLC or DCS. Additional features such as event logging, compatibility with Automatic Remote Gas Calibrator, and calibration or setup modes help improve maintenance efficiency and operational reliability.
